Move pyside to travis using apt and added to external_dependencies.txt
...
As it needs to compile and install itself if done pip install, that errors and takes a lot of time in travis

Make gui executable and plugin func to call it on start
...
New requirement added:
psutil - to check if pid is running on unix + windows
plugin still doesnt start gui on start, test the func first

1. Plugin part complete, needs tests
2. Installable with setup.py
3. Requirements.txt

1. Make the gui part
2. Restructure directories into plugin and gui
3. Add plugin tests
4. In setup.py, add pytest hook
