Breaking config (pre-adoption, no aliases kept): parse/history/responseFix/ retry namespaces, top-level providers+debug only. Removed: mode presets, preventive directive, per-transport flags, maxAttempts (send-once per message instead). README rewritten usage-first with learnings, per-section defaults, research links.
